PGA Implementation Expected for Early 2021

As a result of the recent B.C. election, bringing the Professional Governance Act (PGA) fully into force has been delayed and is now expected for early 2021. The OSPG has worked closely with the designated regulatory bodies to finalize bylaws and align regulatory practices with the requirements of the PGA to prepare for bringing it into force. Regular progress updates will be posted on the OSPG website as they are known.
