NOTICE OF INVESTIGATION – BC Society of Landscape Architects

Whereas:  BC Landscape Architects are currently regulated under the Architects (Landscape) Act.

Whereas:  The BC Society of Landscape Architects submitted an application for designation under the Professional Governance Act on July 7, 2021.

Whereas:  S. 85 of the Professional Governance Act requires the Superintendent of Professional Governance to make a decision upon receiving an application to either refuse the application without investigation or conduct an investigation.

Notice is given under s. 86(2) of the Professional Governance Act that the Superintendent of Professional Governance is carrying out an investigation to determine whether it is in the public interest for BC Landscape Architects to be designated under the Professional Governance Act.
